Introduction
One control room for drones, yard trucks and inspection robots.
SkywardOps is for operations teams that run drones, self-driving yard trucks and inspection robots side by side. They plan, launch, watch and maintain the whole fleet from one control room, instead of switching between a vendor console per vehicle type, a spreadsheet of batteries and a paper logbook.
It is built for infrastructure-inspection and logistics operators with 10 to 200 autonomous units across several sites: solar and wind farms, pipelines, substations, quarries, bridges and logistics yards.
The five jobs
- See the fleet at a glance: missions today, autonomy uptime, battery swaps, the fleet mix, telemetry, a mission heatmap, active units and alerts.
- Plan a mission before launch: route, waypoints, POIs and geofences on a site map; altitude, speed, payload and battery reserve; weather window; preflight checks.
- Watch one unit live and act: camera feed with HUD, health score, live telemetry, sensors and quick actions (return home, pause, hover, altitude, land).
- Keep units airworthy: work orders, component hours, firmware, predicted wear and a release to service that a second person must sign.
- Stay safe and auditable: alerts, incidents, geofences, append-only flight logs and pilot certificates with expiry.

Where to go next
- Run it locally: demo mode in one command.
- Roles and access: who can see and do what.
- Invariants: the rules the database will not let anyone break.
- Missions guide: preflight, approval and launch.
