Pricing
Per-module prices from a paid one-seat Hobby tier up to Fleet, the Ops Suite, the AI add-on and industry packs. Every plan is a 12-month term billed annually, with no refunds. There is no free tier.
Every price on this page is rendered from the pricing package, the same source the store and the app's billing panel read. No shown monthly price is above $290.
Every plan starts with 1 week free (one trial per customer): $0 today, cancel during the week and pay nothing. After the trial, prices are per month, billed annually: a 12-month minimum term, charged up front on day 7, with no refunds. You can cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date.
How billing works
- Every plan starts with 1 week free, one trial per customer. Payment details and consent are collected at checkout, $0 is charged today, and the first annual charge is taken on day 7. Cancel during the trial (Settings → Modules & billing → Cancel trial) and nothing is charged.
- The 12-month non-refundable term starts after the trial. In this build there is no payment provider: a scheduled job (every 15 minutes in local database mode) turns kept trials into paid terms and records the first charge as a simulated, idempotent billing event.
- Prices are shown per month, billed annually. There is no month-to-month option.
- Every plan is a 12-month minimum term, charged once at the start of the term (day 7 for a new customer).
- The shown monthly price is the list price minus 12 %. That is the only yearly discount; bigger savings come from the Ops Suite and the industry packs.
- No refunds after the trial, including for unused time. The owner can cancel the renewal at any time in the app (Settings → Modules & billing); access continues until the end of the paid term.
- Checkout requires ticking a consent box. The order stores the consent with its time and the terms version (currently
2026-10-16.2), plus the term start, end and renewal date.

Ops Suite and AI add-on
The Ops Suite includes all five modules for less than buying them one by one. It is not offered on the largest tier, because it would pass the price cap there. The AI add-on is priced per module and gives that module its own AI allowance.

AI models and credits
AI is not tied to one model. Every AI step needs a model of a given kind (text, image, video, voice or transcription) and runs on the workspace's choice for that step or on the default (Settings → AI models). Usage is charged in credits: 1 credit is $0.001 of model cost at catalogue prices, so a dearer model uses more credits per run. The AI add-on and the pack pools are monthly credit budgets with hourly request limits.

Industry packs
Each pack bundles 4–5 modules picked for one industry, for less than buying them separately. Instead of a per-module AI allowance, a pack has one shared AI pool of credits with strict hourly limits and a cap on parallel work; requests over the limit wait or retry later. Packs are offered on Starter and Team.

How buying works in this build
There is no real payment provider. The marketing site has a local demo store: checkout signs an entitlement (with the 12-month term and the terms version) and pushes it to the app, which updates the workspace's modules. No card is charged. See Security for how the signed grant is verified.
The terms and refund wording is a draft and needs a legal review before any real sale.
